The lever is a Hall-effect based joystick for steering and control applications where very high demands on durability and reliability. Otto lever is nested according to IP 64 or IP 68 and has a life always in excess of 10 million cycles.
The joystick is capable of over 100 kg load on the control arm and is also highly immune to electrical interference and EMC tested 100V / m. This has been possible through the use of Otto's double magnetic system around each sensor.
Valve EX38 12V has a load-sensing flow system that can guarantee a constant split pressure drop on the coil. In this way the work port flow fully under control. At the saturation of the flow is reduced proportionally all coils: a step towards the safety and controllability. A major improvement is that it guarantees the efficiency and energy saving.
